Trench Coat: 2 Ways

#1

As the title said, I am going to show you how to wear a trench coat in two ways. The first way here is more of a feminine-vintagey style, I think? :)

Style number two is more casual and playful with all the patterns and colors. I also wore my new favorite black boots from Cozbest, which I think complete the whole look. Thank you, Cozbest!

Anyway, today is our mom's birthday! HAPPY BIRTHDAY, mom! Although you drive us crazy sometimes, you are still the BEST mom a daughter could ever have. xx

Alright, we've reached the end of the post! I hope this post inspires you in some way :)

Metallic + Leather + Denim

Today I wore this figure flattering leather skirt from Romwe and paired it with a silver metallic top to add some sparkle to the look. What makes this skirt even cooler is that it is accentuated with spike studded detail along each side of the skirt, which also led me to pick out the studded clutch and studded denim vest to complete the look (the more studs the better, yes?).

p.s. Tomorrow at 11 AM (GMT +7), we will launch {the long awaited} New Collection for our online store GOWIGASA on the website and facebook. See you, see you! ;)

Awkward like a Leopard

As you can see, I still haven't got bored of pairing crop tops and high waisted bottoms! And to make it not too plain, I paired them with these stunning leopard printed shoes I got from Oasap! I was super happy when I spotted them because I never found ones that matched with my style before. I love that they are not too "sexy" or "wild;" and the fact that the main color is brown makes them more irresistible! : )

When you already got animal-printed shoes on your feet, why not add some prints here and there? Bought the leopard bracelet from forever21, and the sunglasses are from GOWIGASA's new collection! Oh, for those who asked when are we going to launch the new arrivals, the answer is we haven't set the date yet, but it is most likely in September. : )

Crop and High Waist

Today I went with this really flattering cropped top (and also a turtle neck!) that I got from Forever21, it kind of reminds you of 90s style, doesn't it? And I decided to pair it with high-waist bottoms because I think they are a perfect match made in heaven as the shorts can cover any excess skin showing. : )

Oh I'm such a sucker for high waist shorts, really. The reasons are clear: they can elongate your legs and accentuate your waist! Thus they can create a sleeker silhouette. The ones that reach all the way up to the smallest part of your waist are the BEST, like on my post here. That's exactly the secret why a lot of people commented I looked so skinny there; thanks to my super high waist skirt.

By the way, I'm going to be pretty busy preparing for GOWIGASA's new arrivals, so I guess I won't be able to blog for awhile. So till then! Take care and don't do anything stupid! ;)

If You Love Someone, Let Them Know

Bershka Floral Tank Top | Forever21 Mustard Shorts | GOWIGASA Brown Blazer | Pull&Bear Bag | June+Julia x Elle&Jess Shoes

Watched Marley & Me for the second time yesterday and bawled my eyes out AGAIN -actually worse than the first time since I have Hyde now and they are both Labrador, so it's easier to visualize that Hyde was the one going through all that. Urghhh cannot imagine how devastated I will be when the time comes.

I do have this fear of losing loved ones. When I was a kid, every time my parents came home late, I would always freak out and think of the worst, then praying the whole night until they return safely. I also used to pray to God to take me first before my family members -but not anymore since my friend told me it was a very selfish request, that it would be even harder for parents mourning over their child.

Heaven knows the more we are attached to something, the more painful it will be when we are separated from it. But I guess as long as we let our loved ones know we love them and we care about them, there should be no regrets or a guilty feeling. :)

(Gee, didn't know this would turn out to be a melancholy post.)
